We honor their requests to be listed (so that people can attend their shows) but give them a "red light" so that artists are aware that getting booked here is unlikely.

Remember, these nice people host concerts in their home as a hobby. It is quite a gesture to take an artist into your home, promote the show to your friends, rearrange furniture and clean up. Especially considering artists usually get all the money collected from these events.

These people love artists, and they hate having to personally say "no" over and over again to talented acts they just can't find the time for. So please be kind, do your research, and submit your music to the hosts who are most likely to dig what you do!
