We are so glad to have you join us, and to see your interest in creating some great musical events for your friends and acquaintances.
You have several options to find and select artists for your house concerts.
1. Select acts on your own.
You can search our site and reach out personally to hundreds of artists who love to do house concerts. Also, your house concert listing can allow artists to contact you when they are trying to book shows in your area. It is your responsibility to respond to these emails to let artists know if they are or aren't a good fit for your house concerts, or if the dates they are seeking are possible. Your profile will show a green, yellow, or red "booking light" to let artists know if you are currently answering booking emails.2. Work with Jeff! (it's free)
Jeff Robertson is our friendly agent with a great eye for matching up proven artists with house concert presenters. Jeff works with artists who are great house guests as well as terrific performers. Together, you and Jeff will select some dates for your house concerts. He will field the artist inquiries for you (a great timesaver!) and he will recommend an artist or two (according to your tastes) who are available for your dates. Once you make your selection, Jeff will put you in direct contact with the artist and you'll have a booking! The process is very easy, and it assures you of getting strong, experienced talent. We recommend working with Jeff to everyone, but especially to new hosts.3. Both
You can choose to book artists on your own, AND keep yourself open to the occasional great act that Jeff might send your way. Jeff is also developing weekend circuits, which allow several hosts in a region to work together to bring a great act through on consecutive nights. With this option, we recommend you book your first few shows with Jeff to make sure your house concerts start off with fantastic performers.
