This reminds me of a funny story Jonell Mosser told me at FA. I said our series was in Lebanon (TN) sort of “out in the country” and she launched into this:

She said she was at a Nashville gig with a band and one of the band members was of obvious Arab descent. After the gig, they were meeting and greeting and a woman with a VERY Southern/country accent was chatting this fellow up and asked where he was from. He replied Lebanon. She said “Meeeee tooooo!” (imagine the sing song twang) He said, no I mean the Country, to which she replied, “Meeeeeeee TOOOOOOO!”

She said they fell out laughing and that she still didn’t get what was funny. After that, Jonell said all she had to do to make the fellow laugh was say, Meeee TOOOOOO!!
