CIYH is a website dedicated to promoting the concept of house concerts world-wide. It is a growing community with hundreds of performers and house concert presenters who have decided that they really enjoy live music in an intimate setting.
These living-room events are becoming the “choice venues” of many performers, especially those who can perform in a small space, with little or no amplification.

My organization, St.Louis Activities Consortium, does truly salute the arts and CIYH is our kind of idea. In fact, we have had quite a few “Living-room events”.ie: film salons, guest speakers, our own story telling, wine tastings, theme dinners, book reviews…….etc.
Our wish is to support local artists. What artists in St.Louis Mo. participate in CIYH? I know that Elsie Parker has per-formed in private homes. I don’t know if she is registered with you. In fact, how DOES that work? When I go to “Mo.”, no mention is made of St.Louis. Surely we have artist who do in-home concerts.
